What is "Amateur's Focus" all about?

My passion for photography drove me to start this blog. In writting entries, attaching links, and sharing pictures, I hope that I can inspire other photographers, especially amateur photographers, to push their photography to be something unique, fulfilling and progressive.

I myself am an amateur photographer so I am hoping I can relate to my audience. I am currently studying New Media at the University of Illinois, while concentrating in photography. Currently I am taking Photography II, and will strive to share me work, other amateurs work, along professional photographers and links to improve technical aspects of photography.
